You can contact Libeti via phone or email. Feel free to inquire about lessons or your piano tuning/repair at any time.
Libeti believes that you can't play well without having an instrument that plays well. That is why she is passionate about tuning and repairing pianos. Years ago, Libeti's playing capabilities led her to want to understand the instrument that she dedicated time and effort into.
For several years Libeti has been an associate member of the Puget Sound Piano Technician's Guild, even serving as the chapter's treasurer. Her dedication to learning the craft of piano tuning has brought her to be respected amongst her peers.
Making a conscious decision a long time ago to direct her efforts into piano tuning and repair, Libeti has invested time and monies into attending local conventions, special technical seminars and obtaining the best necessary tools in order to accomplish the task. From 2010 to 2013 Libeti had an apprenticeship with Dan Skelley, and also received aural training from Loren Kelley from 2013 to 2015.
Not only has Libeti had years of actually playing time on a piano, she has a strong foundation of excellent education. Here is a timeline of who Libeti has trained with: Keyboard & Music Theory with Bruce Ford (1980-1985, 1998-2000), Piano Performance with Mark Salman (1999-2003), Music Theory & Composition at Academy of Music N.W. w/ Dorothy Klotzman (2000-2001), Piano with Richard Farner (2003-2006), Jazz Piano with Peter Kok (2008).
If your piano needs a tuning Libeti wants to hear from you! Please contact her with any questions and to schedule your tuning or any other piano service.
Since 2010, Libeti has been a member in good standing of the Piano Tuner's Guild Puget Sound Chapter 985 and has taken great pride in learning this trade. Libeti has not only invested in time and effort with piano tuning, but also in her precision tools necessary to tune a piano correctly.
If you have questions about your piano, feel free to contact Libeti.
Libeti typically teaches piano to anyone from age 6 on. I guide each and every student through the basics of reading and playing music starting with the basics. If your child is interested in learning to play the piano, why not join them in the experience by taking lessons too!
Students will not only start with the basics of playing a piano, but also piano etiquette. Libeti believes that playing piano is an exceptional experience and the instrument should be treated appropriately so that you will have years of enjoyment out of it.
